Warning Deeper - Baker with normal maps

Hi! I have this model who is going to be animated with a displacementmap and
normalmap.

Have been experimenting with deeper and baker and normalmaps created in Z - brush(Z mapper).

However having trouble getting good results with the normal map. I am using a tangental normal map instead of object space normal map, cause if I understand it correctly it is the way to go if the mesh is going to be animated.
With "Baker tangental" I get wierd results, have tried all variations/settings. No good . With deeper it looks fine at further distance, but when I zoom in I see some pixelated results as if the mesh has lesser subd. I have tried different texturesizes but it makes no difference. The objective was to displace the mesh with not so high subd. and use normalmap for "fake" details to speed up the rendering as recommended by Thomas on "microdisp tut". But not working out to good. I would be happy if someone has any info about this.
Thanks.
