problem with shading within polygons

Hopefully I can explain this the right way. I can't figure out why I'm getting different shading on the same plane. I started with a box and cut out some areas with cylinders using the booleans tool. The shading shows up when I'm modeling as well as after I render.

Here's a couple of pictures to give an idea of what I'm talking about.

Thanks in advance

Warning Hey

Go to modeling room and select all edges. Perform CEASE operation (on all of them) and that's it, hopefully this helped

I take it you meant crease edges because that seemed to work. I looked all over and couldn't find a cease operation.

Thanks

Cease operation is when you have been on the computer too long.
