| Extrusion ![]() | Bounce color
I am rendering an interior scene with GI. The light is coming into a room and bouncing off a hard wood floor. The problem I am having is the the bounce light is filling the room with a brown tint from the floor. Is there anyway to adjust the GI affect of a shader or the bounce color? |

I think answer is NO, in tehnical terms, when it comes to radiosity (indirect lightning), this is called Color Bleeding... Some renderers have control over this through shader setting. This was actually requested recently by me as a new feature. However, no one responded, looks like users are not that much interested in this... Hopefuly it will be something which is gonna be "fixed" in future, it realy can go overboard in many cases ![]() It can be fixed to the certain degree in 2D editing software with "RemoveColorCast" option (in PaintShopPro for example) but it would be much nicer if it's adjustable per shader
