This maybe a stupid question of a newbie. Is there any documentation about the API and how to write a plug-in?

Hello,

You have to download the Carrara SDK at:

http://www.eovia.com/resources/developer.asp

The documentation is included in the SDK archive:
- Overview.pdf
- Cookbook.pdf
- The API in html

Take a look at the download section of Carrara, you have the SDK download, which should include a documentation.

Thanks for your help. Couldn't download it with Firefox. Had to launch IExplorer. Maybe just my problem...
