Textures not showing up on model parts

I have had this a couple of times where I cannot apply a shader to certain model parts. No obvious reason.

I have included a screen shot of the base model where you can see that I have selected a model part and the object properties show the material it SHOULD be.

Any idea where I should send the original car file if Eovia want to see it?

Cheers

Thomas, it's probably one of my "thick " days but "(last display property)" has got me very confused! Do you mean anything other than "Click on Texture Room" in your response?

sorry for my english ;)
On the top right of the 3D workspace, you have small icons to change tu current 3D display of your objects: wireframe, smooth, smootheshaded << this is this last one you have to choose to display the textures on your objects

I now also understand. and also understand that my issue still exists. As you can see from my picture the kerb stones in my picture ALL have the same procedural texture on them yet only one of them shows the blue colouring.

If you look at the picture you will see I have a model part selected that is showing up grey instead of the green/blue of theone next to it. If you look to the right of the image you will see it is supposed to be green/blue. All of the kerb stones are using the exact same texture yet only one actually shows the colour on it.

I will need to wait till I get that problem again as I deleted that file and started again as I could not be bothered fighting to get it to work.

Cheers
