No Printed manual for Europeans !

Hi all

I have been wondering why we in Europe cannot get the printed user manual. I have just had this reply from Eovia so I guess we will not be able to get it through 'normal' means

'
The production was handled by the US. We printed them in low quantity due to a so small demand in europe that it have been decided not to ship them in europe.
Whaterver I can say, I am sorry to say that we will not re-print manuals as it would cost us more for print that we should increased considearly prices and customer could not afford to pay it.... Even though we will not even be sure of the quality!
'
I am not sure how they worked out that there was a low demand for the manual, who was asked ? Has anyone managed to get one ?

Now that is ridiculous. I too would like to know how they came to this choice?

We get charged more than the Americans and now we get refused the same service. Not good.

Since the euro is worth more 20% than the dollar I think this is rediculous too.
I am in the printing bussines and books are always cheaper when you order more from them. But it looks like a sort of disease because I ordered expensive software from Adobe and no manuals anymore. Not good indeed. :-(
