Rendering only a section of an animation - Polyloop

If you have a large animation and would like to only render a small section of it is there a way to have it only render say 3 seconds to 8 second of the anim ?

In the second tab of the rendering room, you can setup the beginning and end of your animation

Now that makes sense...
The two fields where it says start and end... It will only render between those...What a dummy.. I thought that was just displaying the length of the animation and was not editable... I need a break.. Goin to get a cold beer
