Is the ability in Carrrara 5 BETA and Transposer 2 the same or not?

Hi,

There is no longer a Carrara5BETA, only the official release that came out last month. Eovia does have available a DEMO version of Carrara 5 that you can download.
Not sure what is your question really but I'll post information regarding importing poser files into Carrara 5 and Carrara 5 Pro.

1. Carrara5 Pro has buildin both Poser Native import and Transposer 2 import.
The Transposer 2 importer is needed to import the dynamic clothing and hair and it only imports PZ3 files and requires Poser 5 or Poser 6 to be install in your system. The Native Poser importer doesn't require Poser to be install in your system as it doesn't import Dynamic hair nor Dynamic clothing.
BUT it allows you to open poser native item such as Poses, Morphtargets, Conforming clothing and regular poser hair.

2. Carrara 5 only has the Poser Native import and not the Transposer 2.
But you can purchase the Transposer 2 plugin for it.

Well Ringo,

I download Carrara 5 Pro Beta a while back. And recent I bought Transposer2 , but when I bought it didn't work, that is becasue it does support the BETA Version.

Does the C5Pro BETA version has the same function as a regular Carrara 5 Pro with Transposer2 in it?

The C5Pro beta has transposer 2 that only works with Poser 5. The final release both in box version and download version has the Transposer 2 that support Poser 6. I take it you are waiting for the BOX version of C5Pro.

Yeah but, I don't what to buy anothre CARRARA if BETA and the BOX has the same functions except for thr POSER IMPORT. It makes no sense.

He is not in the Beta group.
mon_stdnt, Carrara 5BETA was only available for paying customers as an advance release. it wasn't a public or open BETA. So if you have paid for Carrara5BETA and that is the only legal way that you can have it, than by now you should have the official release of it, as an electronic download or as the BOX version. Than you would have the version that support both native and Poser 6. So you don't need to buy another.
Does it make sense now?

The problem that I have is that I already bought the transposer 2 and it does work with the Beta, So I'm trying to sell it(is a downloaded file) I don't if your interested or if you know anyone that is?
