Puke Shadow Catcher objects - compositing and front projection mode ?

Are there any default example in the Carrara Browser of an example of using this principle - I've searched but can't find any?

Also can an object + it's shadow be exported via an alpha mask?

And finally - does Carrara have a camera front projection mode for adding image textures and using simple stand in objects in the scene with front projection mode applied to act as shadow catchers or as mask objects?

Best regards

Hi
This kind of camera doesn't exist in Carrara, i only saw it in Cinema4D, it's quite usefull to catch shadows. But as thomas told you, there is a tutorial on the english section (very well done) and you can reach the same result !
Thanks again, Thomas, for all your very good tutorials
