Switching from Poser to Carrara for rendering

I need advice.
I'm working on a video that is around 5 minutes long. At the moment, I've done 2 minutes exclusively in Poser, then I bought Carrara. The next 30 seconds are "shot" in Carrara, but using models and animation imported from Poser (using Transposer). Everything so far is on draft-quality render, but I understand that the final output from Carrara may have a different look to Poser output.

I now need to decide what to do about the next 2 and-a-half minutes. I can
a) Take the 13 scenes already done in Poser, bring them across to Carrara, and re-do the camera angles, so that all rendering is in Carrara. This will give me a consistent look, but I don't have a feel for the effort involved.
b) Leave the first 13 scenes in Poser, but do the rest in Poser + Carrara. On the face of it, this is the simplest solution, but can I do this without the 2nd half looking obviously different?
c) Forget about using Carrara fully until the next project (aargh - I want to use Carrara now, and I want to incorporate Carrara terrains into the output!)

Any advice on
- How reliable it's likely to be if I migrate existing scenes into Carrara
- If I can make Carrara renders look like Poser renders.
