Hi , Amapi pro is too new to have some full tutorials ,I think .. :| But Nurbs are nurbs and here you'll get what you are searching for. http://www.tutorgig.com/showurls.jsp?group=6814&index=0 ![]() Carrara is a top soft for rendering ..at this price !! But in carrara ,you can only (!) polygon ,spline ,metaballs .. Carrara is now able to read and render Amapi's nurbs  |

Raccoon 123, Carrara 3 also has Sub-D poly modeling in the Vertex modeler that can give you NURB like results. If you are using Carrara 3 and would like some good tutorials you might want to buy The Carrara 3 Handbook published by Charles River Media. There are tutorials for every aspect of Carrara's modelers in the book. www.3dxtract.com publishes a monthly free pdf that has tutorials for Amapi and Carrara. Hope this helps. |

thanks for the help. this is the first time I had carrara. Is Version 1.1 still as good as the others out there. I have it with a lower version of amapi also. I think 5.5. But hey, I guess it depends on the creativity of person.
