Editing Daz Figures possible?

Hi,

I'm trying to use Daz figures for a game project. In order to do the game I need to render the lower figure, torso, head and each arm seperately.

I can't seem to detach the skeleton. I managed to edit the figure down to a head by changing the object type, but then it won't allow me to place that object into the scene, even an empty scene, it says "Objects attached to a skeleton can only have one instance"

So, is Carrara set up in such a way that you can't edit Daz content?

Another reason to hold on to C5

Another reason to hold on to C5... You can edit figures more easily. In C5 I can detach a skeleton, convert to vertex model, delete everything but the head and still keep all the shading domains and face morphs.

Maybe there's a way to do this in C6 as well, or no?

Ummmm

That's a demo on how to make morph targets in a poser figure, not on how to delete vertecice in a poser figure.
