I've been checking periodically since April, and they still seem to be down. It really looks like a great set of plugins, too bad he's not answering email.

I have been wondering the same. I believe Mike is a student, so maybe his schoolwork lately has not allowed the time. He is usually very responsive to emails, although I have not sent him any since January.
