 | Update problem
I had a problem with the patch / updater... Carrara 6 pro doesn't open many of my Carrara 5 files correctly, so I have older versions of Carrara on my machine. When I ran the updater, it said I had the wrong version so I should pick another folder, but it gave me no way to actually pick onother folder. Eventually I figured out that it would work if I temporarily put my other Carrara folders in the trash... Anyway, now that I've done the update and ran the installer, my Carrara still says 6.0 on the splash screen. Should that number change?? How can I tell if I actually got the update? I'm on a Intel Mac, by the way. -Carl

Hi Carl, I had the same problem on my MacBook but not on my iMac. Both intel. But I could copy the iMac version to the MacBook but if you haven't that possibility... But yes, the number changes to 6.0.2 For the rest I can't help you. I am sorry. Joppe |
