[Carrara]Problem with upgrade to C5 Pro - Polyloop

I have C4 Pro and decided to upgrade to C5 Pro to take adavantage for C6 well my good luck, I downloaded C5 Pro and it doesnot install, everytime I try it says "bad or missing TGSFront.ini" the thing is inside the Zip file, there is a TGSFront.ini but it seems corrupt, I didn;t find any TGSFront.ini file in my computer, does anyone know what is this TGSFront.ini file? So far DAZ has not replied to my e-mails and I cannot get in touch with them via phone.

After extracting the first downloaded zip TGSFront.ini file will be in the folder>> ca_ap009_Car5ProWin\Carrara 5 Pro AppCD\ TGSFront.ini
Maybe downloaded file is corrupted...
...I've attached zipped copy of that file...
