ArchiTools plug-in problem - Polyloop

I have purchased Architool plug-in and Quidam import plug-in
and i have install it it's not working it give me these messeges
ArchiTool "ArchiTool.mcx failed to load"
Quidam importer "impQDM5.mcx failed to load"
Does any body know what's the problem

Presuming you have the appropriate version of Architools?

If Carrara5, you need to put the THREE parts into the extensions folder.

Where do you get the Quidam import plugin from?
