[Carrara]Carrara 5 on a Mac + Digital Carvers Guild Plugins - Polyloop

I am on a PPC mac and am running the PPC build of Carrara 5. At the moment I find that when I add the PPC plugins to the Extensions directory in the Carrara app, the program seems to hang when launching. Is there a solution to this?

I am using Wireframe Pro and the Shader Ops extensions.

Make sure you copy the TXT file from the download to your Extensions folder too. As of Carrara 5 it's a required file for plug-ins, but unfortunately Carrara doesn't give you a nice error message when it's missing. It just hangs.
