Poser and Carrara workflow?

I had a question. I used Poser years ago, but preferred modelling my own characters.

Now however, I am shorter on time. I have a character design I'm interested in (cartoony look). Would I be able to use Poser in the workflow with Carrara? I'm not sure what Poser is capable of now. If I wanted to make a sequence of my cartoon character fighting a monster (for example), what would be the workflow with Poser? Or in my example, is it more efficient to simply use Carrara all the way through?

I looked through Poser's site, but didn't find an answer to my questions, so I thought I'd post it out to those people who have more familiarity with the toolset.

Thanks,
John

I only use Poser as a source file!. I would suggest in your particular case working just with Carrara should be very adequate.

Rigging in poser has not improved so as already stated...Stick with Carrara for your own models.

Cheers

Thanks gentlemen! I appreciate the tips! I'll stick with Carrara (and Hexagon) for now!
