| Resolution on Render...?
Maybe someone can help me out instead of bouncing my head off the wall. I believe I've tried everything I could think of but I can't seem to get the resolution on final render as I do within the terrain modeler. The second image is from a high res 300 dpi 8inx10in render. All I can get is this chunky look instead of the nice bevel that I'm trying for, although it does show up in the terrain modeler as you can see in the first image. Anyone know what I'm doing or not doing? HELP!!! |

Well I maxed out the rendering quality - rendeered to no avail. Same results. And since I imported my own map there is no roughness to adjust it all depends on the greyscale I loaded. Well and by the way; the only way I could get it to load was to lower the resolution to 150 dpi to get it to load. Whereas the texture map loaded is at 300 dpi. But I don't think that's why I'm getting this. It's like Carrara doesn't Like to smooth so many normals only most. |
