perhaps you have not downloaded the good version of Blender(2.42). On my imac g5 it run well with blender compiled with python 2.3 (and not python 2.4) ![]() http://www.blender3d.org/cms/Blender.31.0.html

Sadot, Good to see you got it working. I have been lurking around the Blender forums for a few months, but I must have missed Blender Sculpt come up as a topic. I've been collecting all this Blender stuff, and this looks like a good one to add. I downloaded Sharp Construct stand alone version but have not had time to play with it. If Sharp Construct tools now run in Blender, it looks like Blender can be a do-it-all application, like Carrara-Hexagon Now I have just have to install Blender and all the other stuff that I have for it and start learning. |

So I have tried the sculpting in the latest build of the CVS. And I must say sculpting is indeed faster than Hexagon. Level 6 is smooth and even navigation is smooth. In Hexagon a level 6 sphere would bog down. Blender sculpt seems to function a lot like Silo's implementation. Some of the features:
There are a few more interesting features, but those are the ones that I used.
