[AP 7.x] A twisted horn in Nurbs

This tutorial explain how to model a twisted horn, in full NURBS. You can take a look at the same tutorial, but in polygon, with Hexagon.

The illustration:

Comments:
Before starting, it is very important to create the curves: a section (the star), and the path (or profile, the helicoid curve).
  1. Pick the section (the star) and take the Sweep/extrude tool
  2. Choose the second option (Sweep) and click on the profile (the helicoide curve). The basis form should be created.
  3. If you need, change the sweep options.
  4. In the sweep parameters, available on the bottom left of the 3D window, which has appears after clicking on the profile, change the taper option. Take care, on a NURBS surface, this value can be negative ("-2.5" for my example), while this same forme, in polygon, the value is "0")
It's done!

Bonus!
-In the file available for download below, you have the starting curves, in polygon and NURBS. Feel free to use it or not!
-Don't forget to use the Dynamic Geometry and change the profile and section shape to modify as needed your result!
