It is difficult to commit on future releases, but I would say it is highly likely that we will continue to develop French versions of Carrara and Hexagon. The Carrara dev team is made of up natives of France, so we have the language capabilities here to do this.
Long-term, as with any release, the language of the releases will depend mostly on the number of licenses we sell in a given language. So the best way to ensure future releases are in French is to show support for these releases in French.
