Yeah, they should do something. I just read a post in their forums the other day where the owner of the company basically feels that those users who are experiencing problems with the software should feel ashamed for not being able to contribute in the way that those who were more successful with workarounds. Basically, if the user is unable to create a workaround for something the company wasn't able to implement satisfactorily, the user should shoulder that blame.
It's truly amazing how they even has a business. Roman (the CEO) thinks he has an actual community when he actually has developed a compound. If you don't refer to him as a 'visionary' he doesn't like you. If you saw the episode of the Twilight Zone entitled 'It's A Good Life' you understand how you must deal with Roman. Minus the reality warping powers.
Right now, Eovia is such a breath of fresh air...
