[Hex 1.x] A twisted horn

In this short tutorial, you will see how to create a twisted horn (or a kind of icecream, etc. )

The steps:

1 - It is important to create the good curves. You will need a section (a star) and a path (or profile, an helicoide). For the best results, try to align perpendicular as much as possible the section and the path. Don't forget the manipulator orientation, like Bbox align system.

2 - A: Selection the section (the star)
2 - B: Take the Sweep tool, located in the surface modeling tab and click on the path

3 - This is the default result of the sweep tool, which we will have to modify.

4 - In the Sweep tool property panel, change the values for the Taperparameters. 0 gives a good result! Close the opening if needed and validate to finish the current operation.

5 - And the result, with a smoothing applied.

As you can see, it's easy, and can be applied to create a lot of nice shapes!

Bonus !

-You can find others way to create this kind of shape : create a cone based on a star, use the twist modifier, and apply a global transform with the help of the Bend tool.
-About this tutorial, you can do it in FullDG mode, which will help you changing the original shapes and change dynamicaly the final shape! Thanks Hexagon!
