thats good then you will know you only purchased a lincense not the actual software itself.
you bought an Academic licsense.
THESE are not resaleble in any country.

Correct I purchased the right to use the software under the EULA - incorrect, many lisences can be transferred in the resale of software but not shared - otherwise you would not have resellers of any type of software - I have purchased the lisences granted in the software - in this case both EULA's for the software are commercial. My whole argument here is that Eovia does not have a separate, distinct academic licensing agreement - hence I do not believe they will be able to provide me item #3. As far as the grudge goes, that's new, and grudges seem to exist in their own time-space
