There are numerous Zbrush tutorials which were created by Ken Brilliant,.
http://www.brilliant-creations.com - he's also a strong Lightwave user and has also used Amapi a little. You can find a tutorial on Amapi+Zbrush, mostly focused on the Amapi part, on his site. It's the "Amapi Demon" tutorial, which I also used for uvmap painting examples shown at
