a Sitting cat

Long time no see.

I am making a cat.How about his shape?
I will add fur.but I think it is so difficult.
Because I want to add 3 or 4 color
fur.Now I will do it using Anything grow's tips.but it is difficult to control maps,it needs so many maps.
So I want to your advices.

It's a very fat cat (looks like it's modeled like it has hair already)

If you want to apply hair your cat should be thinner than that (did you ever seen cat without it?). Your model, as it is, would work nicely with image map of the fur...

actually he wasn't fat, just big bone structure. Not overweight a whole lot.

Some Maine Coons are even taller, they're huge.

You want to try and paint the furr in PD Particles? Contact me.
We have sample long hair presets in the particle brushes.

It's a very nice modeling, his character is strong and well transmitted
Some points are a bit strange.
About legs and paws. they do not seem to belong to a normal cat. I do not feel the weight of the animal on his paws, the fore legs look a bit frail in regards to the body.

I fixed it few points with your opinions.

Neck,Fingers,Legs,Tail and Pose.(and light has changed.)
