I started working on this today put in about two hours. Still working on it. A bit high on the poly counts but I am being adventurer.

Once finish I will upload the model for your to use it anyway you like.

No, your polygon count is not that bad at all, area around mouth is little bit problematic (messy, loops need a bit of fixing), but I guess you already know that. Very nice modeling !

Yes I agree with LoneGunman. It is a pretty nice start. Only the Polygons around the mouth have to be reshaped a little.

Thanks guys, yeah, mouth is pretty messy I am cleaning it up. I was not concern with the flow as much cause I was going to use it for a still image. But nevertheless I will clean it up, add teeth, eyes, nostrals and some more muscle defination. Its amazing how much reference material is out there )
