Ok this is the T Men, just a toon....

Really like it. Good 'tooning! Only thing that disrupts the model is the hands. They seem to be lacking some of the 'curviness' that hands have: The middle and ring finger are on the top (so to speak) of the palm "arc" (where the base of the fingers attatch to the hand). The Index is a bit further down the 'arc' and the pinky is the lowest one. All the fingers curve towards the middle finger.

Maybe the figure would be best suited for a 3-finger hand?

The face is great, in any case. Looking forward to how this guy evolves.
