If you try saving it will save as a .php file. Once saved simply rename to .rar and it will work.

Thomas has posted a single zip of the complete pdf in the tutorials section.

This tutorial is focused on beginners and introduction of tools to accomplish a detailed project. I hope everyone can use it.
