I saw a creation made by Man Remia (2005) done in Hexagon + Carrara and I decided to try to make something similar. Here is the bottom part of the finger

Why the drastic change in lighting, etc? I think its a little overdown now. But overall its some nice work.

But I prefered the first rendered.. the last one have to much reflections and it's hard to see the details

Working on it. Tonight when I get home, I got some nice HDRI from the link on the other topic, so I am going to make some changes, too much light and too much reflection.

Hi Mayito,

Say, I like the blurry reflection in the second rendered image. However, I do like the first digits you did that did not contain seams (they were all one piece). The larger pins work out really well with the color you picked. I like how it is coming along and can go with both color schemes.
