It's what I like to call "teh g00dness"...

Now all we need is the old batman theme, and some short clips of batman and robin fighting a bunch of sailors or something... ;)

POW...
BIFF...

I agree with Thomas ... An nightly environement would make your image more mysterious ...

I have not venture that fare in to carrara, other than change the ground in that trumpet scene.
Thanks for putting the pressure on.
This is the best I could do.

Hi Andrew,

Nice setting.

Regarding Carrara settings, might I suggest, taking some of the architecture from your current scene and combining it with the floor and GI lighting of the first scene? Turning down the lighting intensity a bit of the GI would help give you an evening scene and you can maintain some of the reflectivity that you had from the first scene. Also tweaking your existing lights to work with the GI setting may help with the dramatic effect.

Also adding a bump texture to the wooden columns and increasing the Highlight value above "60" while decreasing the Shinnines to values below "10" or so may help bring out the wall's texture better (keeping the Bump Amplitude at 100). Just a thought.

Also, you may want to finish up the bottom portion of the two columns in the background so it appears that they are anchored to the ground.

Keep up the good work.

Oh, just another suggestion regarding the textures...

...try decreasing the "size" of the textures to match porportionally with the scene. Increasing the tiling value may help if you are using texture maps (also try using "seamless" and "interpolate" settings to help improve appearance). If not, see if you can find a corresponding setting in both the color and bump channels that will decrease the size of the texture.

Cheers.
