FN F2000 Assault Rifle

Modelled with Amapi 6 and rendered in Poser, with a bit of post work in PSP 7 (the drop shadows).

Thanks for looking

Yep, the F2000 has a stock made from composite materials which are typically coloured grey. - I guess theoretically they could make it any colour they wanted, and I've seen pictures of the weapon with a slightly more olive drab finish (http://www.airsoftextreme.com/rs4.html), but that's about as adventurous as it gets ;)

That's a real gun? I thought you made it up or it was the one used in Aliens.

Very nice ! :love2:

It is possible to post a wireframe ?
Do you use smooth on a low-poly model ?

No smoothing - I mainly used the chamfer tool on boxes and extruded polylines. I love the way that Amapi handles chamfering

I have kind of a WYSIWYG approach to modelling, so I don't think a wireframe would tell you much - where you see a line on the model, there's a line on the mesh. That's probaby why it runs to just over 14,000 polys ;)
