Help with a pokemon (Fairly new to it)

Hey i just started on this Pokemon Piplup i saw on Super Smash Bros brawl, so far it's pretty simple but now i've got the basic body structure i wanna play with bones, would anyone be able to help me set up a bone structure please?

I don't think with this you would need bones since they are all separate objects with exception of the wings. Just adjust the rotation centers and make a simple parent/child hierarchy. They show what I am talking about in the quickstart guidethat comes with C4D.

For the wings you could do a simple morph target in a couple positions.
