Bear hanging with rope

Here is my new creation Still in progress.
here is a screen shot from 3d coat and rendering from Carrara 6.

I did the base mesh in Hexagon and all the rest in 3dcoat.
The cotton on the arm is from a photo, am going to try make the cotton with hair in Carrara o maybe XSI

Poor bear! (but nice bear).
The rope seams strange, maybe the texture or the sculpt.

love the texture you did on this bear, but not really crazy about the bright orange of the nose, maybe dull it a bit 'cause right now its standing out to much.

Excellent Mox! Try reducing the quality of your bear's texture, then your rope texture will match...

The terrific question: what or who are at the two end of the ropes?

Well, i like the spirit of your works.
You've folds around the rope on the arm, it's a bit strange you don't have any on the leg.

Great texture on the bear. The rope, as has been said, needs a bit of work. Is it sculpted?

Thanks Guys for the comments!
Thanks Duke_of_vampires am going to try make another pattern that's really hard to make without looking tiled.
And what do you mean with highlight map? Specular maps?

love the colors and atmosphere. Did you add hair head?

BTW, I did a wallpaper of the previous render of the bear, is it all right if I posted in this thread?

Love the last render.

Though I am wondering what the story is behind it?
