Laugh [CP6]Boxer Puppy Dog (WIP)

Hi,

I have a boxer dog, and in March she gaves a birth to 11 cubs...()
So, after selling some of them, I'm living with 6 dogs now, and seeing, smelling, listening boxer dog all the time... they're inspired me! Now I decide modeling one puppy dog in a cartoon style.

Please, your opinions helps a lot.

Thanks!

I like what you've done so far.

My only comment is that the jowls could maybe go a bit bigger, especially as it is a cartoon style

Texturing.

The ladybug on his nose it's an object from the Carrara catalogue. I'm thinking change it by another bug, more visible. Need some background too.

Cheers!

Looking good! I like it.

Are the textures painted or procedural?

If I learn something more about Carrara, it's thanks to you, my friend! You give me a nice material to improve my skills, thank you very much.

Tony, it's a quickly painted texture on Photoshop. Here's a sample:

Thank you guys!

My friend, did you do the unwarpping in Carrara?
Is it with the demo 6.5 or the old carrara 6.

I use the Carrara 6.2 to unrap the mesh.

It looks great and for quick planar mapping it turned out pretty well. There is some stretching though.

I like how you make the ear resembles a "love" shape Noviski.

I can totally see this model in an animation, woofing and jumping and swing its cute little tail, woof woof
