Good textures but not so good photo comp. It looks like you had multiple lights casting shadows and none really matched up to your background. Is this the same giraffe in your previous thread?

I agree with Grendel. The model itself looks pretty good but it isn't sitting in the photo.

Apart from the multiple lights problem the feet look like they are standing on the leaves that should be in front of them. The shadows cut off with a strange straight edge too.

I would suggest that you study the photo to see where the light is coming from and try to set up the same lighting in Max.

Then try using your composite app (Photoshop?) to cut out/remove/paste parts of the model and or photo so that the giraffe looks like it is part of the picture.
