Thank you both!
The Idea with Combustion is great... but I don't have the program. Perhaps I'll test the 30 days testversion later on.
So I decided to use the shadow catcher... and the result looks good in my opinion. I'm not really sure whether the shadow is as blue as the plane I used for this effect... but it still looks fine.
So here is the final of the first pose:

Well, atm the teeth are getting through... therefore I've very little sleep. But altogether he's doing very well!
