Metal Maniak

Some render of objects (Jackson Guitar USA SL2H and Marshall Amplifier ) i will use in a later scene.
The name "Metal Maniak" is because those instruments are typically used by Metal Musicians
The modeling is HEx2.1 and and the rest is done with LightWave 9.2

Thanks for passing by

pete nice work, i just can't see the thickness of the guitar on the floor. It is the reflection that is making it invisible. Otherwise it is great.

Thanks Bezhad : you are right . So i've uploaded in place a correct version without the fresnel shader adding this over reflective stuff...and also some detailled views

Belle bête !
Les textures sont bien rendues aussi... ça me rappelle une ambiance bien des années plus tôt !

Cool elaborated works! I like solid modeling works as you do.

BTW, I was 14 years old and crazy about BEATLES in year when you were born.
The Metal music appeared after BEATLES, but I didn’t understand Metal music well. Sorry Pete.

Not a fan of metal either but really solid modeling here. I thought a Floyd Rose Bridge would be a challenge. Lots of fiddly bits on them.

Hey Pete, cool job on modeling the guitar especially on the aera and arround the pickups. I am rather found of older Les Paul's of the tabacco sunburst color scheme !
