Hiya. Well, keep at it. It's definitely got problems, but at least you "finished" something...which is more than I can say for a lot of 3d hobbiests (who typically fall into the "million and one things going, but nothing finished"; always distracted by trying something new before finishing what they just started....I'm guilty of that myself. ).I'd suggest taking a look at some anatomy pics. For an ogre, I'd look up body builders and weight lifters. Animation wise, there are a lot of good books and tutorials out there. One book that I can't say enough good stuff about is "Digital Character Animation", by George Maestri. Great stuff for any beginner.
