Thanks for posting this.

Overall I like it. It has some nice lighting and captures the essence of the face nicely IMHO

I'm not keen on the way you finished the neck, though. Looks a bit like you got to that point and just stopped without finishing it off.

I would suggest adding more of the shoulders or blending the bottom of the neck into the background.

Very nice job, and agree about the neck, maybe dissolving it into the background could make the painting more complete.
