Hair from Carrara to Modo, is there a way?

Now I know that the Carrara hair is not real geometry so it cant be used els where, other than the application rendering it. There has got to be a way to capture, bake or somehow get the hair render onto real 3d geometry. Even to get the hair somehow made into a alpha for a trans map for Modo?

It seems a shame to not have the use of Carrara hair when Modo needs it badly. I have tryed doing the obviouse and bake the Modo render, but that is just killing the overal quality of the render, puting it into Carrara.

How do you get realistic hair in Modo?
