I purchased Cinema 4D XL and added Mocca, Hair and Dynamics specifically for use with MOI since what I was seeing in MOI looked exactly the same in C4D.
If I could do it again however I'd drop Dynamics since it's universally considered outdated.
But I'm happy with my purchase - C4D feels like Carrara Pro's big brother as far as ease of use and GUI...
