Hayabusa doesn't doesn't produce a "render" because it's not performing any kind of raytracing as Hypershot does. Hayabusa is a pure visualization tool, which allows you to see a near photo-image as you model. If you need to save an image, you can just do a screengrab. It has been mentioned by one of the developers that they may add a "render" function.
