Modo 302 program files are 700MB for both PC and Mac, SDK is 16MB, the additional content and tutorial files are the same as in 301, and need not to be downloaded by modo 301 users.
Downloads are not faster than 20KB/s, but torrents are much faster (upload+download use all my 400KB/s bandwidth).
