The second life stuff will be great for some (and I agree it makes hex more entrenched in the content scene which isn't really an issue) but not for the poor bastards who have been with hex for two plus years and are still having issues.
It's just a shame they broke hex (again) in the process. I was wiling to cut them some slack to begin with, when the unfortunate hex 2 release turned out to be a dud, but there's really no excuse after two years.
I'm going okay with hex 2.2, so it's not all bad, but it's just a shame to see a program with such potential mired with such mediocre development.
