Hi and welcome.
This command can be assigned to a shortcut. (Press: Alt + K to assign shortcuts)

Basically, it is:Menu / Tool/ Vertex modeling (or directly in the Vertex modeling tab)/ Dissociate.

At first, select the desired edge (or the points) then click on the tool.
