I have been using
http://www.fatcow.com for over 5 years now and they get better each year. Right now they have their service for only $88 a years. Which includes 300 GB of online storage. I have not come close to filling it up and I have been running 3 website off the same package.
Tech service is great also... always came through for me when I needed them.
