Can yo be more explicit about what you are looking for? Just a hosting to put what you want on it, like a blog or a website, or something more specific?
Just a personal opinion, but now, I can't go back to free hosting and stuff like that. I prefer a lot having a professional hosting (I don't mean a dedicated server like Polyloop, it's very hard to handle..), you have more ressources for your needs.
You can find some pay hosting for 10 bucks a year (more is better
with good services (like domain name included, SQL database, etc... no advertising or popups!)
