I think it's better to discuss about the process, than having basic "support" thread. Seriously a lot of thread here exist because people don't even read the manual.
So let's help them on how they can do what they want to do, and not telling her to click here, and here and here.

I'm with Hugo here. If I want help on specific software functions, like how to select a loop or something, then I'll go to the software support forums. So, for example, for Silo, I'll head on over to silo3d.com, etc.
What I like about polyloop is the feedback and discussion. Seeing other people's work and getting feedback on my own efforts. That's not to say that I won't help others with software that I know, but I would prefer it not to be the main aim of polyloop.
